From the end of XX century many of cameral cinemas from Lodz (Poland) were shutdown. Non-commercial film productions and their cinemas projections for many reasons are not as popular, as they were before. The multicolour multiplexes have a chance to speak, with their huge capital, wide spectrum of attractions apart from the movies. The places which appreciate the artistic area are vanishing from the cultural map of Lodz.

The "Light off" impression, which became the essence of the above-described process, is an expression of my anxiety related to the deepening degradation of the Lodz cinematographic industry.
